Probate Files-Haig Berberian

Four years to the day after Haig Berberian signed his Last Will, Terry Snyder, my successor attorney to Larry Drivon, decides to introduce into my San Francisco County Superior Court case record, some of Haig Berberian’s Stanislaus County Superior Court probate files, most notably his September 28, 1984 Last Will.1, 2

1 At the time, I was unaware of the significance of the date that Terry Snyder filed these documents. Is there any question at all whether or not this former Professor of Civil Procedure was unaware of this “coincidence”?
2 Rudy Bilawski, my business counsel, withdrew from my case on September 28, 1984. Of course, I would not learn about this curious “coincidence” until I looked at Haig Berberian’s probate records sometime after probate was instituted after his passing on September 21, 1987. The entire estate was left in trust to the heirs/beneficiaries. All that was administered in probate was $12,000 and some change.
